- Produce detailed take-offs, first principles estimates, and competitive bids for projects valued up to £1.5m.
- Price healthcare refurbishments in live environments (phased works, compliance-led).
- Manage the full tender lifecycle clarifications, post-tender interviews, and smooth handover to project delivery teams.
- Identify and price public sector procurement opportunities, capturing all relevant details.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and maintain an accurate cost database.
