Part-Time or Freelance Pilates Instructor

• Being able to develop positive relationships with both members & other instructors.

• Communicating and engaging positively with all your team.

• Being confident in providing timely adjustment feedback, teaching points and guidance to build upon the Nuforma experience for all Members during and around their visits.

• Having the ability to highlight the unique selling points of Nuforma & the key differences which make Nuforma more effective than traditional Reformer Pilates.

• Showcasing the value and benefits available to Members via the library of interactive content within the Nuforma Pilates App and on the Nuforma.

• Helping to guide a handful of assigned members on their Nuforma journey – this will also provide a great opportunity to prescribe 1-2-1 Personal Training (& additional income for instructors).

• Housekeeping & cleaning to ensure we always maintain a premium customer experience.

• Teach, organise and publicise group classes, local events, filming for social media, content support, as well as creating networking opportunities and distributing marketing materials.

• Offering enhanced support where appropriate for Members to ensure their Pilates workout is fully suitable and effective for every session.

• Being a beacon of guidance, support, wellness knowledge and always be on hand to provide added value.

Desirable but not compulsory:

• Mat or Reformer Pilates qualification.

• Level 2 or above Fitness Qualification.

• Personal Training Qualification

• Dance Qualification.

You will be mentored throughout your time with us by owner Matt Burton, who has over 15-years’ experience in both elite sport & fitness. Matt is an ex-international athlete & performance consultant and has & built his boutique, personal training gym (Fitness Space Surrey Quays) into a successful, community-focused business since first opening in 2018.

Part Time (20hrs) Salary: £15,000 + Team Bonuses + Opportunity for 1-2-1 Personal Training Commission
