Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year
Requirements:
- Proven experience building automations or integrations using no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
- Working grasp of REST APIs, webhooks and JSON, including the ability to wire systems together and debug failing integrations.
- Experience integrating an LLM API into organisational workflows at scale.
- Ability to work from clear direction, move fast, and deliver without constant oversight.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
- Builder mindset and a strong focus on execution.
- Low ego, high output, with the ability to care deeply about the result.
- Genuine excitement for AI and curiosity about what is possible.
- Ability to explore new tools and pick up new platforms quickly.
- Reliability, including documenting work and flagging blockers early.
Responsibilities:
- Build purpose-built AI agents for specific product processes based on a clear brief.
- Turn concepts into working custom AI and LLM applications, automations, integrations and tools for internal teams.
- Make agents reliable, robust, and able to run at scale without supervision.
- Own the agents we ship by connecting the right data sources, designing prompts, validating outputs, and ensuring systems run reliably across central processes.
- Administer and maintain our product teams shared tooling platforms.
- Keep shared tools configured, documented, and reliable so the team can depend on them.
