Working flexible hours Monday to Friday, you'll be motivated to provide the highest standard of care.
As a Bank Staff Nurse in Oncology at our Wolverhampton Hospital , you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC.
As well as post-registration experience, you have experience in Oncology and hold the SACT (systemic anti-cancer therapies) qualification.
As an Bank Staff Nurse -Oncology you will
- Be a valued addition to the team in our consultant and nurse-led service
- Work with patients receiving chemotherapy or new treatments, such as immunotherapy
- Fully assess each patient's needs, providing tailored treatment plans and care
- Administer systemic anti-cancer therapies
- Assist consultants during clinics
- Provide care for Acute Oncological emergencies
- Access all central venous devices
- Have excellent phlebotomy skills
