Medical Records Administrator

Wolverhampton Hospital | Administration | Permanent | Part Time |

£25,030 per annum pro rata

22.5 Hours per week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

As a Medical Records Administrator at our Wolverhampton Hospital, you'll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities. You're proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and you're committed to providing our teams with the best level of support.

As a Medical Records Administrator, you will:

  • Deliver high‑quality administration support

  • Keep calm under pressure and remain professional at all times

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing paperwork and files for Outpatient appointments and Inpatient / Daycase admissions
  • Dealing with Solicitor and Patient requests for Medical Records (SARs)
  • Scanning documents into the patients Electronic Patient Record (EPR)
  • Archiving patient notes in line with the relevant retention periods
  • Helping you feel good.
