Our Sales & Services department currently have an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor at our hospital.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries (both via telephone and website), supplying customers with information about the services offered at the hospital.
  • Communicate with customers both over the telephone and via email, and where necessary face to face providing excellent customer service.
  • To support the definition, development, communication and implementation of business development and marketing plans & activities (arrange consultant lead patient open events etc).
  • Ensure all customer interaction is undertaken in a timely manner.
  • Log enquiries on the Hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey.
  • Provide customers with information regarding Hospital services and treatments ensuring all requirements/queries are dealt with effectively.

Requirements / Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy.
  • Good organisational skills.

You will liaise directly with customers, answering all Sales and Service enquiries.

Prepare quotations for hospital services and contribute to business development, marketing and communication initiatives to promote the services of the hospital throughout the local community.
