Nuffield Health in Newbury is seeking a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to lead the gym team and drive performance.

The role combines management, governance and sales of major services, with a focus on delivering excellent fitness programmes for individuals and groups.

You will report to the Programme Director, oversee class timetables and programming from studio classes to personal training, and work to improve site standards and achieve ambitious KPIs. 40 hours per week, permanent contract.
