As an Patient Administrator, you will:
- Work over varied Admin departments
- Handle enquiries from varying service users
- Will be required to greet and attend patients for their appointments.
- Ensure all patient information is correct and logged/updated on the relevant systems
- Deal with enquiries from Patients, Consultants, GPs and Secretaries.
- Arrange Outpatient appointments
- Answering phones, organising post and general admin duties.
- Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work.
- Maintain databases.
- Manage Consultant clinic sessions as per requests.
Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.
