The radiology department at Tunbridge Wells is offering a unique opportunity for the dual role of IEP coordinator and bookings administrator.
The Image Exchange Portal allows diagnostic images to be transferred between hospitals.
This vital gateway requires consistent monitoring and management and we are looking for a special, proactive someone with an eye for detail to join our team and coordinate this process.
In addition, a percentage of weekly hours will be dedicated to booking patient appointments for various examinations.
As an Administrator, you'll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills.
You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.
As our Administrator, you will
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Input and update data in relevant systems.
- Respond to enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
