Bookings Administrator - Hereford Hospital
Permanent | Part-Time | 30 hours per week (10:00-18:00) | Salary £25,038 per annum pro rata

We are looking for a Bookings Administrator in our Hereford Hospital who will be responsible administering a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold an NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and experience of working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.
Responsibilities
- Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role.
- Ensure complex administration and support, meets the required standards and timescales
- Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format.
- To prepare standard and adhoc reports as required and required by the department
- Handle appointments bookings and changes
- Co-ordinate availability of rooms and consultant s
- Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs
