As a patient enquiry handler you'll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills.
You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.
As our Patient Enquiry Handler, you will
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Input and update data in relevant systems.
- Respond to enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, including processing invoices and payments.
- Prepare and compile reports and documents.
- Provide support and administration for Salesforce CRM, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Manage and respond to web enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with face-to-face enquiries from patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues.
- Provide information on services, appointments, and pricing as required.
- Provide administrative support to consultants, including managing correspondence and responding to enquiries.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments to support the delivery of an excellent customer experience.
- Support Subject Access Request (SAR) administration in accordance with organisational policies and data protection requirements.
- Undertake general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department and support continuous improvement initiatives.
