As a Duty Manager you will
- Be responsible for the smooth running of our club
- Be responsible for opening and closing of the club
- Oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Motivate our customers to improve their health and fitness
- Identify what people want from their gym membership and deliver the packages that suit their needs
- Spend time in the local community, creating events and visiting businesses to raise awareness of everything we offer
- Develop a sales-focused culture throughout our club
- Inspire and encourage the team to work together to achieve our sales targets
