As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Cheltenham Hospital team. You will provide excellent patient care & work closely with Patients, Radiographers, Radiologists, Consultants & all departments across the Nuffield Hospital. You will have enthusiasm, dedication, commitment and a keen eye for attention to detail to provide and deliver a high quality diagnostic imaging service whist undertaking a wide variety of duties.
As an Administrator you will:
- Support the Outpatients department
- Provide a first class customer service
- Attend & book appointments for patients
- Answer face to face and telephone enquiries
- Take payments
- Be a part of a dynamic and friendly team
To succeed as an Administrator you will:
- Have great people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy
- Ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner
- Have good IT and keyboard skills
- Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment
- Have knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable)
