As a Ward Manager at our hospital, you’re a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification.

You’ve already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager.

Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you’re organised, highly motivated and engaged.

As a Ward Manager, you will: Manage the day to day running of our ward department Lead a team of highly qualified nurses Ensure we deliver excellent patient care Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience Helping you feel good.
