As a Technology Support Specialist, you\'ll show demonstrable technical ability of Windows 10 and associated technologies such as backup and anti-virus, with a collaborative and concise communication style and, technical awareness and literacy of Microsoft cloud technologies such as Office365. You\'ll have strong problem-solving skills, ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve incidents in a professional and timely manner.
As our Technology Support Specialist, you will:
Provide desk-side support within the Nuffield Health Support Office\'s based in Epsom and Barbican, including an enhanced level of support for executive teams
Deliver a rolling programme of PC refresh to ensure that all staff with eligible devices are proactively contacted to have their machine replaced and that the process runs smoothly
Deliver excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user to improve user satisfaction
Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service
Continually look for areas of improvement (process, technical, training) and bring these forward for consideration
Ensure that everything Nuffield Technology does is considered against a backdrop of maintaining and improving security for our systems
