Location: Nationwide, with UK travel | Hybrid Working (2–3 days a week) | Fixed Term Contract – 6 months. 37.5 hrs per week. Competitive salary available, depending on experience.

Role context

Nuffield Health is the charity that’s building a healthier nation, one day at a time. It includes award-winning hospitals, leisure facilities and flagship community programmes. This role focuses on supporting the implementation and training for Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). The role is hybrid, combining remote work with UK travel to deliver in-person training and support. Training will meet the needs of both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure effective day-to-day system use.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training for digital systems used across the organisation
  • Design blended learning experiences, including virtual classrooms, e-learning, and face-to-face sessions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand training needs and tailor your approach
  • Provide hands-on support during and after implementation to embed learning and build confidence
  • Build strong relationships with site-level contacts to support ongoing learning and adoption
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the training lifecycle

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience delivering systems training in healthcare or similar environments
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to explain complex systems in a clear, accessible way
  • High digital literacy and confidence using training tools and platforms
  • A learner-focused mindset and collaborative working style
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with healthcare or operational systems
  • Coaching or mentoring experience
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design

Location, schedule & benefits
