As our Senior Systems Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people have the knowledge, confidence, and capability to use our digital systems effectively across all service lines. You'll lead the delivery of high quality, blended learning solutions, support major system implementations, and drive behavioural change that enables colleagues to embed new ways of working. This is a senior, hands on role where you'll provide leadership, coaching, and expert guidance to our Systems Trainers, while representing the training function across key projects and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

  • Training Leadership & Delivery: Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of training for assigned systems and projects across all service lines.
  • Training Leadership & Delivery: Acting as a senior escalation point for training related queries and challenges.
  • Training Leadership & Delivery: Representing the training function in project meetings, governance sessions, and stakeholder forums.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption: Engaging senior stakeholders to champion system adoption and drive behavioural change.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption: Supporting colleagues in developing system comprehension and capability across business and clinical workflows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption: Identifying and resolving barriers to learning - both onsite and remotely.
  • Learning Design & Support: Delivering blended learning solutions using a variety of methodologies and technologies.
  • Learning Design & Support: Providing post implementation support to ensure effective embedding of new processes.
  • Learning Design & Support: Maintaining strong networks across service lines and promoting sustainable training practices.
  • Quality & Standards: Collaborating closely with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent learner experience.
  • Quality & Standards: Contributing to quality assurance activities and the development of training standards, materials, and resources.
  • Leadership & People Development: Coaching and mentoring Systems Trainers to support their growth and performance.
  • Leadership & People Development: Providing line management support and helping onboard new team members.

  • The ability to troubleshoot challenges and adapt training to diverse learner needs.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK as needed.
