Guildford | Pool | Permanent | Part Time. Up to £28,786.32 pro rata. 15 hours per week.

We’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and great communication skills to join our team as a Swim Manager at the Guildford Wellbeing Centre. You’ll need an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or be an experienced manager with a track record of delivering commercial targets, together with a passion for helping multiple generations to swim, strong team working skills and an infectious enthusiasm that inspires others.
About The Role
- Whether they are a complete beginner or an experienced swimmer, our clients look forward to a terrific time in our pool. Bring your passion and enthusiasm to ensure they enjoy exactly that.
- You will be part of the Management Team reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager.
- You will have full responsibility and accountability for Swim class programming within the centre, covering management, governance, and active selling of the product and services in the Swim classes timetable.
- You will be responsible for the continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.
- You will also be the role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
