As a Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Ward at Bristol Hospital, you will uphold high standards in patient care. You must be registered with the appropriate governing body, such as the NMC, and possess relevant qualifications and post-registration experience.

As a Staff Nurse, you will:

  • Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator, and a team player
  • Join a close-knit team led by our matron on a consultant-led ward
  • Pay close attention to each patient’s needs
  • Work alongside top clinical professionals
  • Gain experience with new practices, equipment, and facilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care

This full-time role involves working a combination of shifts, including:

  • Early (07:15-15:15)
  • Late (12:30-20:30)
  • Long day (07:15-20:30)
  • Night (20:00-08:00)
