Your role at a glance: As Hospital Director, you’ll: Inspire and lead a high-performing leadership team, embedding our values and behaviours in everything we do. Build strong relationships with consultants, GPs, NHS partners, and external bodies to drive a patient-first culture. Champion operational excellence, financial performance, and quality care. Act as Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
