As a Regional Technology Support Specialist, you’ll bring experience of working in a modern ITIL-based IT service organisation, providing technical support and experience of managing a complex IT infrastructure. You will have excellent communication skills as well as technical ability in supporting major outages, Windows 7-10, and Microsoft Cloud technologies.

As our Regional Technology Support Engineer, you will:

  • Contribute to the support and implementation of the end user computing platform in order to deliver maximum value to Nuffield Health.
  • Deliver a high standard of support to Nuffield Health IT users.
  • Provide desk-side support within dedicated region/cluster supporting all Nuffield Health sites.
  • Provide 2nd line remote support to end users within the dedicated region.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user in order to improve user satisfaction.
  • Resolve incidents and handle service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service.
  • Provide dedicated support during project deployments for set periods of time.
  • Transition the knowledge gained from the projects back into operations.
