Senior Radiographer
Location: Ipswich Hospital | Diagnostic Imaging | Permanent contract | Part Time
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 pro rata, dependent on experience
Hours: 15 hours per week with on-call commitment

As a Senior Radiographer at our hospital, you’ll have a BSc degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), be registered with the HCPC, hold a postgraduate qualification, and possess high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you’ll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
As a Senior Radiographer, you will:
- See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
- Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – in the department, on the ward, and in theatre
- Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities
- Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
- Supervise and develop junior colleagues
- Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
