Senior Cardiac Radiographer - Cardiac Cath Lab at Bournemouth Hospital. Bank, ad‑hoc part‑time. Pay up to £21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Main duties:
- See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy.
- Deliver a high‑quality diagnostic imaging service for Cardiology patients.
- Work with leading practitioners and cutting‑edge practices, equipment and facilities.
- Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures.
- Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
- Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.
Experience:
- Experience of working in Cardiology and Cath Lab.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification.
- High levels of technical knowledge.
- Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification.
- Ability to work accurately and compassionately.
Experience:
- Relevant previous experience in Cardiology/Cath Lab.
Disclosure and Barring Service Check:
The post requires a DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
