Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Nurse/Early Years Nursery Practitioner to be based at (insert site) in our Nuffield Health gym. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be part of a team who offer full day care, sessional care plus a Pre-School for children aged from 3 months to 5 years. This role is to be mainly based in our under 2's room. Joining the team as an Early Years Practitioner, you'll provide care and education while promoting health, and helping children achieve the best possible start in life. We are Ofsted registered and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. We offer a unique range of wellbeing focused care for children including swimming lessons for our over 3's, making this a truly unique opportunity.

You are to be qualified to at least level 3 in childcare studies and have experience to NVQ Level 3 or NNEB. Responsibilities of a Early Years Practitioner:- Provide high quality care and education while promoting health and wellbeing
- Help children achieve the best possible start in life
- Ensure learning is linked to the child's development
- Plan for age appropriate activities
- Communicate with Parents/Carers and other external professionals
- Will be qualified to a NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies or equivalent
- Have experience in a Nursery setting
- Preferred paediatric first aid qualifications
- All candidates will require an enhanced DBS
