It starts with you. The Service Design Process and Change Analyst will have experience in process analysis and improvement, strong collaboration skills, and knowledge of change management. They should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage initiatives independently. Proficiency in generating insights and improving customer experiences is essential, with familiarity in Service Design and customer processes being a plus. As our Service Design Process and Change Analyst, you will: Analyse, document, and revise business processes within Business Services. Design end-to-end customer handling processes, including Acquisition, Payments, Support, Retention, and Accounts Payables. Support large initiatives with Service Design Managers and lead smaller change initiatives independently. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, HR, Technology, Marketing, and Customer Services. Apply Service Design methodology, driving change management, insights, and MI development. Track and contribute to the change roadmap with Service Design teams. Gather user insights to assess the impact of change initiatives on employees.
