We are looking for a Physiotherapy Manager who will ensure a genuinely exceptional client experience throughout the hospital based inpatient and fitness and wellbeing centre based outpatient physiotherapy services and to manage the service within the framework of robust clinical governance to help us build a healthier nation. We also provide training and development opportunities to progress your career and maintain our high standards of delivery.
As Physiotherapy Manager you will:
- Maintain a clinical caseload.
- Participate in the CPD and in-service training schedule.
- Be involved in marketing and promotion of the department within the local area.
- Manage the service within the framework of robust clinical governance, professional standards and the Healthcare Standards Act 2000.
- Be responsible for monthly financial reporting and striving to achieve all of the key performance indicators.
To succeed as a Physiotherapy Manager you will have:
- Proven post qualification clinical experience.
- MSK speciality (hands, women’s health, vestibular etc) is desirable.
- Operational management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
- Financial management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
- Significant experience in physiotherapy delivery.
- Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence of leadership within a team of health care professionals.
- Computer literate as we use an electronic patient record system.
