Overview
As an Early Years Educator, you\’ll provide outstanding care and education, promote health and wellbeing, and support children to achieve their full potential. We are Ofsted registered, follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and offer a unique range of wellbeing‑focused activities – including swimming lessons for children aged 3 and above – making this a truly special opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and education while promoting health and wellbeing.
- Support children to achieve the best possible start in life.
- Assist in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities linked to child development.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals.
- Senior roles will also include leadership responsibilities, ensuring compliance with legislation and safeguarding policies.
Qualifications
- Hold a recognised childcare qualification such as NVQ Level 2, NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC, NNEB, BA Hons, or equivalent (or higher).
- Experienced in a nursery or early years setting.
- Willing to work towards a paediatric first‑aid qualification if not already held.
- Willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
