We’re looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager with sales experience to deliver an exceptional fitness experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the smooth running of our club, including opening and closing the club when on shift.
- Prioritise Member Satisfaction and foster strong relationships with our members.
- Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
- Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
- Help achieve sales targets.
- Swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
