The predicted salary is between 10 - 15 £ per hour.
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. Responsibilities
- Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
- Be attentive and alert at all times
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
Requirements
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and provide ongoing training records
- Bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Passionate about great customer care and a real team player
