As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you will organize your work and plan your time with support from a Team Leader to ensure cleaning activities do not interfere with customer experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by comprehensive training. A friendly nature and good communication skills are important when interacting with colleagues and customers.
As a Clean Team Member, you will:
- Clean and prepare various areas within our club
- Show care for our customers
- Take pride in your work
- Follow cleaning procedures diligently, ensuring the environment is clean, pleasant, and safe
- Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, & carpet cleaners)
- Perform tasks including gym, changing room, shower, poolside cleaning, waste removal, and periodic deep cleaning

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to set hours but work on an ad-hoc basis according to the business needs and your availability.
A significant part of this role involves cleaning male changing rooms, so we require a Male Cleaner for this position. This does not affect the rights of other candidates. Exemption is claimed under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9.
