Main Duties
- Join a multidisciplinary team.
- Serve as the trusted Medicines Management Lead for the hospital.
- Deliver high‑quality clinical care and advice across pre‑assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward, and theatres.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and patients, communicating clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Post‑qualification experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
