Main Duties

  • Join a multidisciplinary team.
  • Serve as the trusted Medicines Management Lead for the hospital.
  • Deliver high‑quality clinical care and advice across pre‑assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward, and theatres.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and patients, communicating clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Post‑qualification experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Proven ability to work closely with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
