Due to increased weekend workload, we are seeking physiotherapists to rehabilitate patients to optimal functional recovery following surgery.

The hospital offers excellent support and mentorship, along with our academy training programs.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

  1. See a wide range of pre- and post-surgery patients undergoing orthopaedic or gynaecological procedures.
  2. Cover inpatient caseloads.
  3. Work within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, AHPs, and consultants to optimise patient recovery.
  4. Adhere to Nuffield Health values, promoting an enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring approach.
  5. Deliver evidence-based, safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive clinical care.
  6. Monitor treatment standards continuously.
  7. Comply with all professional, clinical, and governance standards, participating in audits and quality assurance.

What we look for in our Physiotherapists:

  1. BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent; HCPC registration.
  2. Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  3. Effective communicator with patients and healthcare colleagues.
  4. Excellent manual therapy skills.
  5. Ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
  6. Experience treating post-operative orthopaedic patients.
