Your role at a glance:
As Hospital Director, you’ll:

Inspire and lead a high-performing leadership team, embedding our values and behaviours in everything we do.

Build strong relationships with consultants, GPs, NHS partners, and external bodies to drive a patient-first culture.

Champion operational excellence, financial performance, and quality care.

Act as Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
About Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital:
Located in Derriford, adjacent to our Devonshire Gym, our hospital has been part of the Plymouth community since 1971. We offer:

3 main theatres (2 laminar flow, 1 digital)

A fully JAG-accredited endoscopy suite

A 35-bed ward with private and shared bays

12 consulting rooms in our outpatient department

Proven leadership experience in an independent hospital setting, within a multi-specialty environment offering surgical, outpatient, and diagnostic services.
