Healthcare Support Worker (Bank)

Salary: GBP16.5 per hour + bank benefits

As a Support Worker on the pre-assessment team at our Leeds hospital, you’ll demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions. You should have a good telephone manner, excellent computer and database skills, and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will:

• Put patient care first
• Carry out administrative duties
• Support a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in delivering exceptional patient care, pre and post surgery
• Build relationships with patients
• Meet the individual needs of patients
• Utilise organisational skills to make a positive impact
