We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about fresh ingredients, cleanliness and customer service to take full responsibility for our club’s kitchen area. You’ll bring lots of care and attention to keep quality high, in everything you do. Here’s where an exceptional customer experience starts with you.
As a Food & Beverage Chef at our Milngavie FWC, it’s important that you bring a strong background in food production and development. As well as a flair for managing and handling fresh produce, you also have great organisation skills. And ideally, you’ll bring an NVQ in food production or similar.
Qualifications & requirements
- An experienced Chef, with robust food preparation background
- Understanding, experience & implementation of HACCP within a kitchen & food service setting
- Qualified to Food Hygiene Level 3
- Provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people
- Help us create an atmosphere that’s friendly, relaxing and professional
- Be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drink
- Match the quality of the produce with the efficiency of your service, every time
- Be a real team player and share ideas with colleagues
- Do everything you can to support your team in providing the best service around
