Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage tasks and incidents supporting our end user community in their use of radiology, pathology and other hospital diagnostics related systems.
  • Take part in your community of practice, understanding the principles of application design, management, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop your application configuration skills, delivering non-complex configurations with support from more senior colleagues.
  • Continually look for areas of improvement across your application domain (process, technical, training), including automation of business processes, automation of existing data feeds and continuous improvement of data quality.
  • Deliver prioritised application developments for the applications/platforms that are in your domain.
  • Help support major incidents effectively to ensure that they are escalated to the most appropriate level; that all necessary resources are engaged and that professional communications are regularly issued to users.
