We\’re looking for a Director of Private Medical Insurance to lead our strategic relationships with the UK\’s top insurance providers. In this high-impact role, you\’ll drive long-term value through outstanding service, commercial innovation, and collaborative partnerships – ensuring that customers receive the best possible care. As Director of Private Medical Insurance , you\’ll be the strategic lead for our insurer partnerships, setting the vision and managing performance across contracting, service delivery, and relationship development. Lead the strategic development of Private Medical Insurance partner relationships, driving growth and long-term value for both Nuffield Health and our partners. Negotiate and oversee complex contracts to maximise commercial performance and mitigate risk. Develop and execute strategic account plans for key Private Medical Insurance partners to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Shape new propositions and pricing models using insights from market trends, competitor intelligence, client feedback, and bid analysis. A proven track record in commercial leadership and business development, ideally within healthcare or insurance Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to influence and present at Board level Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, with a collaborative and client-focused mindset Helping you feel good.
