Role
The Clinical Educator – Pharmacy is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating a high-quality Pharmacy education curriculum that supports the development of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Assistants. This role plays a key part in multidisciplinary programmes such as pre-registration training and Preceptorship, ensuring alignment with professional standards and organisational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Pharmacy education programmes, plus oversight of pharmacy apprenticeships and practice-based learning.
- Provide learner support and programme supervision to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Pharmacy education, representing the Learning Foundation at events and meetings.
- Ensure quality assurance through evaluation, peer review, and alignment with regulatory standards.
- Support the development of career frameworks and CPD pathways for Pharmacy professionals.
- Champion the Learning Foundation’s values, promoting innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

- Qualified Pharmacy professional with current clinical knowledge.
- Proven experience in education design and delivery within healthcare.
