As a Pharmacist at our hospital, you’ll be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and you’ll have proven post-qualification experience. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for optimising medication therapy and promoting safe, effective, and cost-efficient drug use within the hospital. Be the trusted Medicines Management Lead for our hospital Deliver high-quality clinical care and advice where it’s needed Offer services to a range of departments, including the pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and theatres Conduct medication reconciliation and drug utilization reviews Provide drug information and training to healthcare staff and patients Ensure compliance with hospital policies, national regulations, and accreditation standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and medication safety programs Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and disease management Helping you feel good.
