As a Corporate Wellbeing Advisor at our corporate club, you will have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You are a highly motivated individual with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great personal training. You are a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and are CIMSPA registered. We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, ensuring high standards of health & safety, maintenance and cleanliness.
- Deliver group fitness and circuit-based exercise classes, such as Spin, HIIT or Les Mills.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service for our corporate client.
- Deliver a range of wellbeing appointments, such as Personal Best, Fitness Programming & Gym Inductions.
- Enhance employees' wellbeing by delivering Personal Training sessions and building a client base.
- Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
- Help and support members with exercise techniques, fitness training and lifestyle advice, helping our members to achieve manageable personal goals.
- Work as a team and use your own initiative to help deliver a great member experience.
