As an Operations Manager, you’ll bring an operational background in the leisure or hospitality industry. You’re a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor with a track record in managing performance, improving potential and leading teams. Ideally, you hold a health and safety qualification.
As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Ensure we meet health and safety legislation, and internal audit requirements
- Support the Multi-Site General Manager and Customer Experience Manager with technical support and guidance
- Continually improve site standards
- Embed a sales mentality into the duty management and reception teams
- Nurture our teams’ confidence and pride to help them promote our services to members
- Recruit and develop the colleagues that will help us deliver our quality and commercial goals
