As an NHS Reporting Administrator at our Woking Hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support. As an NHS Reporting Administrator you will:
- Deliver high-quality administration support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the NHS team, including the timely submission of NHS reports and management of data quality, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols
- Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry, while continually seeking to improve processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in operations
- Act as a key point of contact for NHS reporting, delivering information to hospital teams and managing NHS smartcard applications to facilitate secure access to reporting systems

We are registered for 27 beds with en‑suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre‑Assessment, Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, Xray and Ultrasound, with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients.
