About the Role
As a Senior Radiographer at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital, you’ll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), be registered with the HCPC, and possess a postgraduate qualification and high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you’ll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
Responsibilities
- See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy.
- Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – in the department, on the ward, and in theatre.
- Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities.
- Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures.
- Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
- Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.
