Role: Housekeeper (Bank, Ad hoc) | Employment type: Part-time | Pay: £12.33 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Help us create a clean, safe and pleasant environment for patients by cleaning and preparing a range of areas, using the latest equipment and supported by training.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks including room cleaning, waste removal, linen handling and deep cleaning as required.
  • Work with the Infection Prevention team, reporting incidents to the relevant team members.
  • Organise your work and manage time effectively with support from Heads of Housekeeping to ensure cleaning does not disrupt the patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, with good communication and customer service skills; ability to work well in a team and interact with patients.
  • Motivated, flexible and well-organised; ideally experienced in a similar role and able to follow cleaning processes to keep locations clean, pleasant and safe for patients.
  • Willingness to contribute to a high standard of infection control and patient safety.
