As a Patient Services Administrator, you will:

• Handle enquiries and general queries
• Will be required to greet and attend patients for appointments, making sure all patient information is correct
• Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries
• Arrange appointments
• Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
• Maintain databases
• Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management
• Medical record filing, gathering patient notes and archiving

Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.
