As a Senior Staff Nurse at our hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Ideally, you hold qualifications in teaching and assessment, and management.
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
- Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring for our patients
- Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs
- Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care is met
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will need :
- Have experience in Pre operative assessment ( preferably with pre assessment course )
- Able to work autonomously
- Be proficient in phlebotomy .
- Fully assess each patient’s needs, providing tailored assessment , plans and care
- Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT Team)
