We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Software Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the customization, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to design solutions and implement enhancements that empower Nuffield Health to operate efficiently and deliver outstanding results.

You should have:

  • Development experience on the Salesforce platform using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).
  • Experience creating and controlling the various Salesforce APIs and Web Services.
  • Experience working with Salesforce’s Flow automation tool.
  • Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholders including product owners, delivery managers, architects and third-party suppliers.
  • Experience working with automated continuous integration systems.

You may have:

  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Bitbucket, pipelines).
  • Experience with observability tools such as New Relic.
  • Experience writing shell scripts and YAML configuration files for CI/CD pipelines.
