Overview
Receptionist – Bank
Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital | Wimbledon, London | Patient Services | Bank Mon-Fri 7:30am-15:30pm and 7:45am-15:45pm and 12:00pm – 20:00pm. Must be flexible and able to work all shifts as required.

Responsibilities
- Help people feel comfortable when they visit the hospital, using empathy to build positive relationships
- Manage patient appointments and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Welcome patients in person, directing them to the appropriate waiting rooms
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Work closely with the nursing team to ensure seamless communication and patient flow
- Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions
Qualifications
As a Bank Receptionist, you will have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You will be able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in a healthcare setting in either reception or administration.
