We are looking for a Physiotherapy Manager who will ensure a genuinely exceptional client experience throughout the hospital-based inpatient and fitness and wellbeing centre-based outpatient physiotherapy services and manage the service within the framework of robust clinical governance to help us build a healthier nation. We also provide training and development opportunities to progress your career and maintain our high standards of delivery.

As Physiotherapy Manager, you will:

  • Maintain a clinical caseload.
  • Participate in the CPD and in-service training schedule.
  • Be involved in marketing and promotion of the department within the local area.
  • Manage the service within the framework of robust clinical governance, professional standards, and the Healthcare Standards Act 2000.
  • Be responsible for monthly financial reporting and striving to achieve all of the key performance indicators.

To succeed as a Physiotherapy Manager, you will have:

  • Proven post-qualification clinical experience.
  • MSK speciality (hands, women’s health, vestibular, etc.) is desirable.
  • Operational management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Financial management experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Significant experience in physiotherapy delivery.
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Evidence of leadership within a team of health care professionals.
  • Computer literate as we use an electronic patient record system.
