As a Personal Trainer at our gym, you’re confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether you’ve been training for a while or recently qualified, it’s important that you hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). You are a natural communicator, skilled at listening, understanding, and explaining.
This is a part-time role for 24 hours per week, covering gym floor hours to support your growth in personal training hours.
As a Personal Trainer, you will:
- Have full access to Nuffield Health’s range of services
- Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
- Deliver a variety of sessions and consultations confidently
- Conduct high-quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties
- Enjoy clear career progression with opportunities to advance into management roles such as Wellbeing Lead
- Have opportunities for further training through our in-house Personal Best offer, including upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, plus additional CPD opportunities
Your earnings will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.
PT session rates are on a sliding scale; the more sessions you deliver, the higher your take-home pay.
Minimum qualification requirements: All candidates must be qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers and hold a current CIMSPA membership at the Personal Trainer Practitioner level. Failure to meet this will prevent your application from progressing and employment until requirements are met.
